President

Steve is a construction engineer and has been in the HVAC installation/construction industry for over 20 years.  He and his wife Kara purchased Laconia Refrigeration in 2008 and began the Maine division in 2011.  Although Steve is in the office most days quoting new installs, he also enjoys working in the field with the technicians.   When there is time to relax, you will find him golfing, boating with his family and friends, and following the NASCAR races.

Service Manager

Cliff has been with the company since 2002 and remained a key employee when the business was purchased in 2008 by Steve and Kara.  He has been in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry for 15 years and has many years of service in the field as a technician.  Cliff is a graduate of FLIC (Future Leaders in Construction) and has his certificates from NHTI-Manchester for HVAC/Refrigeration.  He spends much of his day scheduling, dispatching and communicating with the field technicians.  In his spare time, he enjoys the beach, exercising, home renovations and spending time with his family.

Service Co-Ordinator

Kelly was born and raised in the Lakes Region.  She has 18 years of experience in customer service.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends relaxing by the beautiful lakes and rivers of New Hampshire.

Vice President/Human Resources

Kara has served as the Human Resource Director and Safety Officer since she and Steve purchased the company in 2008.  She is active with the Associated Builders and Contractors and is a graduate of FLIC (Future Leaders in Construction).  She maintains our safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.  Kara enjoys the beach, boating, traveling, visiting with family, and spending time with their three dogs, Peanut, Hazel and Poubelle.

Controller

Kathy joined our team in 2014 with over 30 years’ experience in banking and finance.  She is a graduate of Southern NH University in the field of accounting.  She is active in the community having been elected to a local school board and served on several board of directors for various organization.  She currently serves as a board member and secretary to the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce.  In her down time, Kathy enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her family.

Accounting Coordinator

Robin came to New Hampshire 20 years ago after bringing her Mom for a visit “back east”.  She brings 25 years of customer service, administrative and accounting background to her role as accounting coordinator.  In her spare time, she can be found enjoying time with her family and her dog, Maggie.
